Checking the multiaccess button means that you will be presenting your workshop to both in-person and online participants. The workshop should be designed to be valuable for participants attending in both formats

Please indicate at least two session slots that would work best for your schedule. We will do our best to accommodate you. Select time slots for according to the format you chose above. For example, if you plan to do a 60-minute interactive workshop, you would choose a 60-minute time slot.

Facilitation Development Workshop

We will be holding a Facilitation Development Workshop for those of you who wish to develop your facilitation skills and connect with fellow facilitators. This years' workshop will take place on Thursday November 3, from 1:00-3:00.

Please keep in mind that attendance rates have dropped recently, it is often around 60%.

Session Recordings

Not everyone who would like to attend an institute session is able be there at the scheduled time. Therefore, CTLT publishes Institute session recordings on the CTLT YouTube channel to make our resources broadly accessible. Recording your session allows instructors, faculty and other members of the UBC community to learn from your presentation and expertise.

Session Resources

Sharing session materials, such as slides and handouts, can be very useful for participants in applying what they learned. Therefore, CTLT creates a resource repository for learning materials on the Winter Institute Wiki page to make our resources broadly accessible. Publishing your session materials allows instructors, faculty and other members of the UBC community to learn from your presentation and expertise.
